Transparent pricing tied to outcome. We work on both retained and contingency models depending on the seniority and complexity of the role. Fees are agreed in writing before any sourcing begins — no surprises, no hidden mark-ups.
Typical turnaround is two to four weeks for individual contributor roles and four to six weeks for leadership mandates. Niche or confidential searches may take longer — but we'd rather take a week more than send a candidate who isn't right.
Yes. Free replacement within forty-five days of joining, no questions asked. We also run a post-offer check-in at the fifteen and forty-five day marks — for both you and the candidate — to catch any early friction before it becomes attrition.
Junior to C-suite, with particular depth in mid-to-senior management roles (Manager, Senior Manager, AVP, VP, Director). For C-suite searches, engagements are always retained and led personally by Palak.
Absolutely. While our office is in Karol Bagh, our mandates are pan-India and we have placed candidates in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and select international roles. Distance has never been our constraint.
